About The Position

The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. They will assist in managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and optimizing hotel performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience at the AGM or FOM level
  • Emphasis on guest service, team member development and training, organization and detail-orientation, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every level
  • Previous experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hilton/PEP experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules based on business levels including nights and weekends as needed
  • Possess the ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
