About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. The role helps lead restaurant employees, operations, and the guest experience while supporting restaurant performance. The Assistant General Manager develops leadership skills and may prepare for future General Manager and above-store opportunities.

The position involves leading and coaching the team, overseeing daily operations, maintaining brand standards, and managing labor and food costs. The role requires availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week and the ability to work in an active restaurant environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service experience preferred.
