More info about the company can be found at www.gclj.com. The Role: Grande Colonial is hiring an Assistant General Manager to assist with overseeing all company operations and guest service. Directly manages aspects of Hotel Operations to include but not limited to check-in and checkout, reservation, bell stand, valet parking operations and housekeeping services. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that guest service meets or exceeds guest expectations throughout the company. The Assistant General Manager will also assist with revenue management by managing rates and inventory for transient segments in line with company revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of related experience in a hotel setting required.
  • Hardworking team player with a sincere desire to serve, a great attitude, and a commitment to hospitality.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Infor HMS, Revinate, Duetto, and/or SynXis highly desirable.

Responsibilities
