About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. The role supports restaurant leadership across people, operations, and guest experience, with opportunities to build leadership skills and progress toward General Manager and above-store roles. The Assistant General Manager helps oversee daily restaurant operations, team performance, guest satisfaction, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and profitability.

Requirements

At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
Able to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to foster a positive, high-performing restaurant.
Deliver a strong guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
Manage labor and food costs, focusing on restaurant performance and profitability.
Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help shifts run smoothly.
