Assistant General Manager
About The Position
The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower. As an Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse. You will provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement. You will achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development. You will solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees. You will present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience
- OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
- Willingness to relocate for career advancement
