About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead a KFC restaurant’s team, operations, and guest experience. The role supports restaurant performance and profitability while providing leadership development and a potential path to General Manager and above-store opportunities.

The Assistant General Manager helps oversee daily restaurant operations, maintains brand standards, and works to ensure each shift runs smoothly. The position includes paid training and eligibility to participate in a quarterly restaurant performance bonus program.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
