The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment. This role assists the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. The Assistant General Manager ensures the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. They also build relationships with key customers and are involved in the sales process. This is a working position and hours must be flexible to meet the demands of the business, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
