The Assistant General Manager will assist directly with hiring and training decisions for the front of house team, hold the team accountable for company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, and oversee the maintenance of all company systems and policies. This role also involves being attentive to guests and managers on the floor to create a great guest experience, ensuring new employees receive proper training and necessary tools, enforcing labor laws and practices, assisting the General Manager in forecasting and budgeting, and attending senior management meetings in the absence of the General Manager.
