About The Position

Tailwind Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for its Dunkin' Donuts location at AZA Airport. The Assistant Manager supports daily operations, working closely with the General Manager to oversee staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The role helps achieve business objectives while delivering exceptional guest service. The position is full-time and offers benefits. Veterans and military family members are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check.
Management background in Food and Beverage.
Strong kitchen and grill experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Capable of working in a standing position for long periods.
Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
Some weekend days, mornings, and evenings are required.

Responsibilities

Partner with the General Manager to lead the team.
Ensure staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Maintain a clean and safe environment and comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist with scheduling staff work assignments.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
Verify product temperatures, appearance, and taste, and check preparation methods to assess quality.
Minimize loss and misuse.
Ensure alcoholic beverages are served safely, responsibly, and legally.
Ensure equipment is maintained according to the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.
Maintain stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies, and stocking them.
