About The Position

As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations across front-of-house, events, and facility management. You’ll play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume operations
- Strong ability to coach and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and guest satisfaction
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Support overall venue operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across departments
- Ensure a high standard of guest experience, safety, and cleanliness
- Drive revenue through strong operational execution, events support, and upselling opportunities
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and take action to meet or exceed location goals
