Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full work availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • 1+ years’ restaurant management experience
  • Exposure to financial accountability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Satisfy a background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand up to 12 hours
  • Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position (e.g., register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, computer)
  • Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to talk/hear and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems
  • Ability to lift and move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and business growth.
  • Train and support staff to achieve success.
  • Engage in philanthropic activities.
  • Ensure financial accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and guests.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
  • Handle and move product, dishes, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in environments with extreme temperatures (walk-in freezer/cooler, ovens).
