Club Pilates is seeking an Assistant General Manager (Leadership Track) to lead a team, grow a business, and build a career. As part of the leadership team, the Assistant General Manager will help drive every aspect of the studio's success, supporting sales, business growth, leadership, people development, operations, and community engagement. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, or customer service leadership.
  • Strong desire to grow into a General Manager role.
  • Take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership, retail, private training, and specialty program revenue.
  • Coach the sales team to consistently exceed goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Build relationships that improve member retention and referrals.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Lead with accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Create a culture built on ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct coaching conversations and recognize performance.
  • Ensure the studio consistently delivers a premium member experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence across cleanliness, inventory, reporting, and daily execution.
  • Support General Manager functions such as scheduling, payroll, forecasting, and overall business performance while developing skills to lead independently.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Represent Club Pilates at networking events and community partnerships.
  • Support grassroots marketing initiatives that grow studio awareness.
