Assistant General Manager (AGM) Shamin Hotels | Full-Time | Operations. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a hands-on role in running the hotel—balancing people, performance, and guest experience every day.

Requirements

• Hotel experience (1–2+ years preferred) or related leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen—you’re comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Confidence working with data and making informed decisions
• A hands-on leadership style and comfort being highly visible
• Solid communication, organization, and computer skills
• Experience with brand systems (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily hotel operations across departments
• Drive revenue, manage costs, and help hit (and exceed) financial goals
• Monitor performance and make smart, data-driven decisions
• Step in to resolve guest concerns and turn moments into memorable experiences
• Partner with the GM on short- and long-term planning
• Stay connected to local trends, events, and opportunities in the market
• Build relationships in the community and represent the hotel with pride
• Train, coach, and develop your team—helping them grow and succeed
• Ensure brand standards and company expectations are consistently met
