The Assistant General Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fig Restaurant, ensuring service standards are followed. This role involves driving innovative promotions, menus, and concepts to establish the restaurant as a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests. The Assistant General Manager will also support all Food & Beverage Outlets in achieving their financial and operational targets, while adhering to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs. The position requires consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
