The Assistant General Manager will report to the Fig Restaurant General Manager and will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Fig Restaurant. This role involves driving innovative promotions, menus, and concepts to establish the restaurant as a premier destination for both hotel and external guests. The Assistant General Manager will also support all Food & Beverage Outlets in achieving their financial and operational targets, adhering to company standards and service levels to optimize sales and minimize costs, including those related to food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor. A key aspect of this role is to consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
