About The Position

The Assistant General Manager is a salaried people leader who directly manages the sales team, coaches execution, holds the team accountable, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience. The role oversees sales-floor execution, customer experience, inventory and cash handling, facilities, store operations, team development, scheduling, training, performance management, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and sales-floor execution, including ups management.
• Support customer experience and guests.
• Manage inventory, promotion control, and cash handling.
• Oversee facilities and the building.
• Manage culture and communication, including leading huddles.
• Oversee store operations and standards.
• Develop talent and coach team members.
• Manage scheduling and the team, including conflict management.
• Provide training and manage performance.
• Report on KPIs and participate in management meetings.
