Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
- Leading daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns
- Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members during shifts
- Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Coaching staff on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Managing cash handling procedures and operational records
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering
- Preparing food products and Dairy Queen's signature treats when needed
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Helping create a positive and engaging work environment
