About The Position

As we expand the théa experience to Dallas, we are strengthening our foundation in Phoenix and seeking passionate team members to help elevate and support our flagship location during this exciting period of growth. In the shadow of Camelback Mountain, théa, named after the goddess of light, serves as a rooftop haven where guests can indulge in Mediterranean cuisine and extravagant moments. Named by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the World’s Best New Hotel Restaurants, théa’s menu includes a mix of vibrant mezze, house-made pastas and bold, shareable plates, each dish designed to be passed around the table. Alongside its standout menu, théa boasts a classic, yet unexpected cocktail program and one of the country’s largest rosé collections. Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
  • An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset.
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing the overall concept, vision and direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options, ambiance and décor.
  • Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscale positioning.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventory controls, and financial performance.
  • Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquet functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors, and staff.
