Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Vicious Biscuit is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations, developing the team, and delivering a great guest experience. The role includes managing guest service and food safety, driving sales, controlling costs, handling financial transactions, leading hiring and training, and ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. The Assistant General Manager will also engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit. The position offers a balanced 45-hour work week and opportunities to grow and travel as the company expands.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of upper-level managerial experience.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Alcohol certification required.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including guest service and food safety.
- Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions.
- Lead the team, including hiring, training, and ongoing development.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
