About The Position
As an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will help ensure the restaurant is performing at its best, with a focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement. The role offers opportunities to develop your restaurant management career, receive training, and advance.
Requirements
- Preferably, 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
- Ability to champion change and a passion for training and developing the team.
