The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for the overall success of their restaurant, working alongside the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). The AGM identifies and trains strong crew members to deliver the best customer experience, setting a standard for other managers. This role involves overseeing recruiting and training, empowering team members for promotion and career success, and fostering an exciting, optimistic, and rewarding culture. The AGM's success is measured by the success of their team.
