About The Position

A high-volume New American restaurant and sports bar is looking to add an experienced Assistant Manager to its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys leading both Front of House and Back of House teams while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Experience leading both Front of House and Back of House teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Knowledge of operational execution, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
Understanding of labor, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Familiarity with company policies, health regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring exceptional hospitality and service standards.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
Lead by example through visible floor presence and guest interaction.
Support, coach, and motivate hourly team members to achieve operational excellence.
Assist with training, development, and performance coaching for both FOH and BOH employees.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational execution.
Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure efficient service and smooth shift execution.
Monitor labor, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout each shift.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety guidelines.
Partner with the management team to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals while maintaining high service standards.
