The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including dining room and kitchen systems. The AGM will provide direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and all team members, focusing on food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation, and company policies. This role ensures consistent execution of systems, standards, and cost controls, and requires effective communication with guests, team members, management, local owners, and vendors. The AGM is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring sufficient supply levels, overseeing BOH schedules to meet staffing and labor goals, managing department inventory procedures, and overseeing BOH budgets including forecasting. Additionally, the AGM will participate in interviewing and hiring to maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure all food and service standards are met each shift, guaranteeing a great guest experience. The role requires the ability to handle multiple priorities, work under stress, and exercise good judgment.
