About The Position

Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for an energetic Assistant General Manager to help launch our newest location in Celina and lead a team that delivers memorable guest experiences every shift. Luna Grill is a "people first" workplace with over 20 years of experience serving fresh, Mediterranean food across Southern California, Arizona, and Dallas–Fort Worth, with over 50 locations and a growing presence in Texas. This role offers opportunities for growth and leadership within an expanding brand.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience, high-volume or fast-casual required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• A natural coach who brings out the best in a team
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in daily operations and shift leadership
• Train, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH team members
• Step up as manager-on-duty, owning guest experience and team performance
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing
