Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• High-volume restaurant experience
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
• Experience developing team members and future leaders
• Italian, pizza, or chef-driven restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Coach, train, and develop team members and supervisors.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
• Lead daily communication and pre-shift meetings.
• Support all Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards are maintained.
• Execute operational systems and procedures consistently.
• Support scheduling, labor management, and shift planning.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Build relationships with guests and help create loyal repeat business.
• Lead by example in all guest interactions.
• Assist in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals.
• Support inventory management and cost-control initiatives.
• Help drive profitability through operational excellence.
• Maintain accountability and consistency throughout each shift.
