About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to lead operations at a Black Bear Diner. The role combines restaurant-industry experience and leadership to foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy quality meals and service. The Assistant General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations and helps ensure high standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, team performance, and business results. The position also includes financial oversight, guest engagement, menu and promotional collaboration, marketing, and health and safety compliance.

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and create a culture of excellence.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong commitment to high-quality dining experiences and excellent customer service.
Ability to think quickly and address daily operational challenges effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
