About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead a KFC restaurant’s people, operations, and guest experience. The role involves developing and coaching the team, supporting restaurant performance, and building leadership skills with potential career progression to General Manager and above-store opportunities. The Assistant General Manager helps oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and contribute to restaurant profitability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
