Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with confidence, professionalism, and energy
- Coach, train, and develop team members and supervisors
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Lead daily communication and pre-shift meetings
- Support all Front of House and Back of House operations
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved
- Execute company systems, procedures, and operational standards
- Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management initiatives
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Build relationships with guests and create loyal repeat business
- Lead by example in all guest interactions
- Support local store marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Assist with promotional programs and special events
- Help identify opportunities to increase guest frequency and sales
- Support efforts designed to grow the business and strengthen guest loyalty
