Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts with confidence, professionalism, and energy
  • Coach, train, and develop team members and supervisors
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
  • Lead daily communication and pre-shift meetings
  • Support all Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved
  • Execute company systems, procedures, and operational standards
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Build relationships with guests and create loyal repeat business
  • Lead by example in all guest interactions
  • Support local store marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Assist with promotional programs and special events
  • Help identify opportunities to increase guest frequency and sales
  • Support efforts designed to grow the business and strengthen guest loyalty
