Responsibilities

• Lead great shifts and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere guests love.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Lead from the floor, jumping in wherever needed.
• Help manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Build effective schedules and maintain proper staffing.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Hold the team accountable while recognizing and celebrating success.
• Support the General Manager in driving the overall success of the restaurant.
