About The Position

As an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will help ensure that the restaurant performs at a high level, with a focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement. The role is intended as an opportunity to continue a restaurant management career and create memorable experiences for guests and team members.

Requirements

• Preferably, 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
• Ability to champion change.
• Passion for training and developing the team.
