About The Position

Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for its new location in Forney, TX. Luna Grill is a people-first workplace with over 20 years of experience serving fresh Mediterranean food. The company is expanding its Texas footprint and seeking passionate leaders to launch the new location. The AGM will support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, leading and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding high standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture. The role involves supervising front- and back-of-house team members and ensuring safety, compliance, and hospitality excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, motivate, and inspire
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset, handling concerns professionally
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making
• Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office
• Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and step into BOH roles as needed
• Manage schedules, coverage, and labor to ensure smooth service
• Uphold Luna Grill standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Coach, train, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance
• Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a high level of hospitality
• Serve as Manager on Duty when GM is absent, overseeing the team and operations
