Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Minimum of 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• Expertise in food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
• Proven track record in financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree.
