Responsibilities

  • Support daily shop operations to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality guest service
  • Lead shifts by coaching and supporting team members on the floor
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily staffing needs
  • Help maintain food quality, portioning, and brand standards
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Assist with cash handling, register accuracy, and end-of-day procedures
  • Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and consistency
  • Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Support inventory counts, product ordering, and waste control
