About The Position

Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos is opening its sixth location and is looking for a talented, professional, and energized Assistant General Manager. Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring 15 state-of-the-art gaming machines, a VIP Gaming Club, 18 high-definition TVs, and a full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards.
• Must maintain a score of 80% or higher shopper report scores.
• Must hold a Gaming Registration for the State of Nevada.
• Must also hold a Clark County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Basic understanding of paytables.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Gaming Club.
• Excellent basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Generally involving at least two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a Tavern.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrate Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
• Perform inventories.
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
• Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and proper comp and cash handling procedures.
