Assistant General Manager
About The Position
GO Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help manage daily car wash operations and support the Site General Manager. The role contributes to site success by maintaining inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards; delivering a convenient, consistent, exceptional customer experience; and addressing customer claims. The Assistant General Manager also helps hire, train, coach, manage, and develop Teammates, modeling company values while carrying out car wash activities. The position offers an active outdoor workplace, opportunities to grow a career, and experience developing transferable work and life skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
- Ability to organize time, work, and a team across varying responsibilities.
- Ability to achieve results independently and work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges.
- Satisfactory criminal background check required before hiring.

- Car wash experience is preferred but not required.
