Requirements

  • Experience as a shift leader, supervisor, or assistant manager in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • A strong desire to grow into a General Manager role
  • Natural leadership ability and a willingness to coach and support others
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • A team-first mindset with a focus on delivering a great guest experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
  • Standing for long periods and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
  • Proficiency required in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
  • A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the GM to lead day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Step into a leadership role on the floor—coaching, motivating, and supporting team members
  • Gain hands-on experience in scheduling, inventory, cost control, and performance management
  • Help ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and high-quality service
  • Assist in training and developing team members, helping create a positive and accountable culture
  • Confidently take the lead when the GM is off-site or unavailable
