We are seeking a General Manager or Assistant General Manager to oversee leadership, performance, and day-to-day operations of one or more Prentice Hospitality Group properties. Working closely with PHG ownership and leadership, this role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who excels at building teams, elevating guest experiences, and driving financial results. The General Manager or Assistant General Manager is accountable for operational excellence, revenue and profitability, employee engagement, and brand integrity. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure each property consistently reflects PHG’s standards, values, and vision.
