VP, Assistant General Counsel, Litigation & Commercial Contracting
About The Position
EXL is seeking a seasoned and commercially minded Assistant General Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team. This role reports to the EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, with a dotted-line relationship to the SVP, Chief Compliance Officer & Deputy General Counsel - Litigation & Regulated Services, who provides day-to-day direction on litigation matters. This is a high-impact role spanning active litigation management, commercial contracting, and select employment law matters across EXL’s global portfolio of business lines and client relationships. The successful candidate will be a trusted legal advisor to business leaders, bringing sound judgment, practical solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The role provides support in legal research, document preparation, and contract management, assisting attorneys and legal teams in various tasks.
