Responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing routine documents, representing the company in transactions or litigation, performing legal research, and maintaining files. The position encourages developing an initial area of specialization to support business lines and involves serving as an individual contributor while potentially providing ad hoc work direction and leadership to other legal staff on active cases or projects.
