Assistant, Game Presentation (Part-Time/Seasonal)
About The Position
The Game Presentation Assistant supports game presentation for the Capital City Go-Go and Washington Mystics, including the ideation, planning, preparation, and execution of home game shows and other assigned events. The role helps create an exciting atmosphere for fans and events that build connections with the community. The assistant works most Go-Go and Mystics home games and events, facilitates community activations, and provides support to other Monumental Sports & Entertainment entities as needed. The position is part-time and seasonal, with availability for up to 25 hours per week and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Outstanding teammate with excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once and be detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Facebook and Twitter.
- General knowledge of professional sports and passion for creating an exciting atmosphere for fans.
- Availability to work up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and housing.

- Previous game-night experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement game-night promotions and activations.
- Assist with the organization and administration of entertainment teams.
- Support the creation of game-night elements and promotions.
- Research successful game entertainment tactics and work to apply them to assigned events.
- Collaborate on creating content that enhances each team brand.
- Work most Capital City Go-Go and Washington Mystics home games and events.
- Facilitate activations at community events.
- Provide support to other Monumental Sports & Entertainment entities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
