About The Position

Toddy, LLC has an immediate opening for an Assistant Fulfillment Manager with extensive experience in logistics, material handling and freight management. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and positive person with a "can do" attitude, who would like to contribute to the success of a growing company.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in fulfillment, warehousing, distribution and material handling.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. and spend much of the day on your feet.
• Able to work in a physically-challenging environment with repetitive movements.
• Experienced as a forklift operator.
• Able to work independently without instruction but also in a team environment.
• Excellent communicator via verbal and written communication.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent in math and computer skills.
• Honest, reliable and willing to fill a variety of roles.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or a related field preferred or commensurate experience.
• Experience with supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience with international logistics is a plus.
• Experience with compliance audits is a plus.
• Experience with ecommerce and platform shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare daily orders for shipment.
• Coordinate shipping with FedEx, UPS, LTL, FTL and international carriers.
• Coordinate a variety of shipments with complex logistical requirements.
• Work closely with and support the Senior Fulfillment Manager to ensure department success.
• Collaborate as a team member on a variety of company initiatives.
• Assist with receiving deliveries.
• Assist with chaperoning drivers and other warehouse guests.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance projects.
• Assist with special projects.
