The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in the overall success of the front desk, for ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, and for managing all areas of the hotel according to Brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Displays exemplary performance for staff to follow. . Is an example to the front desk staff on all areas of the Associate handbook. This role is critical in leading by example. Keeping confidential matters, confidential. Following and ensuring staff are following all policies and procedures in the handbook. It is very important that the person chosen for this role is a LEAD By EXAMPLE person.
