Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Front Office, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management for Guest Services, Bell, and Night Audit teams.
• Ensure we deliver exceptional guest service by resolving complaints, accommodating special requests, and ensuring compliance with company standards to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage shift communications, delegate follow-up on service issues, and exercise sound judgment in handling emergencies, operational challenges, and revenue adjustments.
