The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of employees in guest registration, bell services, concierge services, telephone services, and night audit to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability. This role manages and directs staff in areas such as engineering, quality, and front office. It is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports and for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
