About The Position

Kenowa Hills Public Schools is seeking an assistant football coach for the varsity team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the sport and a strong motivation to contribute to building a successful program. This role requires preparing student-athletes socially, mentally, and physically for the challenges they will face. The coach must also collaborate effectively with other coaches within the district and maintain open communication with the administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of the sport and rules
• Documented record of success in coaching high school age student athletes
• Possess strong personal ethics
• Be a positive professional role model
• Effective communication skills with athletes, coaches, parents, and administration
