About The Position

We are seeking an organized, calm-under-pressure leader for our Waikiki restaurant who can maintain good vibes and foster a collaborative environment where ideas are heard. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our Waikiki location.

Requirements

  • Kitchen leadership experience or readiness to advance.
  • Ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations like the lunch rush.
  • Organizational skills for inventory management.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Genuine care for good food.
  • Two years of operations management experience (dependent on sales; more years may be applicable).
  • ServSafe or Food Handling Certification desired.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • All education backgrounds eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Create moments of hospitality for guests through great food and great service.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage the team's schedule and ensure staff are prepared.
  • Order ingredients to prevent stockouts.
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards to impress health inspectors.
