  • Ability to safely operate slicers, ovens, knives, scales, and cleaning tools
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Help oversee daily operations of the Food Service Department with a strong focus on customer service, food quality, and department readiness
  • Create a fast, friendly, customer‑first environment and resolve customer questions, concerns, and special requests
  • Assist with executing merchandising plans, planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal programs
  • Help oversee food preparation, packaging, stocking, display presentation and product quality in accordance with company standards
  • Help maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing service case, grab‑and‑go, and hot case displays
  • Assist with managing ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting
  • Assist with building and managing schedules aligned with sales volume and labor targets
  • Help with training, coaching, and developing associates while promoting teamwork and accountability
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulatory requirements
