Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
2-4 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Assists in ensuring all food and beverage standards are executed properly.
Actively participates in operations during peak service periods.
Assists with scheduling, labor management, payroll review, and cost controls.
Supports inventory management for food, liquor, beer, wine and operational equipment.
Maintains records for inventory, labor costs, food costs and guest satisfaction scores.
Assists in recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and development of team members.
Responds to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Supports banquet, restaurant, bar, breakfast and special event operations as needed.
