About The Position
La Petite Academy of Glen Allen is hiring Assistant / Floating Teachers to help inspire children to become lifelong learners. Assistant Teachers support children’s daily care, maintain a fun and interactive classroom, observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children, and able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
