About The Position

The Assistant Financial Systems Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Consigli’s transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC. With a deep expertise in CMiC, the Assistant Financial Systems Analyst will assist in the configuration, training, and stabilization efforts to ensure a seamless ERP transition. This role will be key in supporting the long-term success of the CMiC platform, ensuring its integration and optimization across financial and project operations.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Independent drive.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or MIS.
Database maintenance.

Responsibilities

Support the Sage 300 CRE and CMiC applications, related applications, and related business processes.
Maintain users and setup of master files in all applications.
Assist in database maintenance, day-to-day reconciliations, and error handling.
Assist in general system refinements, audits, and clean up as assigned.
Assist in the implementation of new application capabilities, testing, training, and documentation.
Assist internal system users with application processes and access.
Assist in the maintenance of the Accounting Database.
Assist in the coordination of system upgrades and updates.
Assist in creating and enhancing current Sage 300 CRE and CMiC processes and procedures.
Assist in report modification, testing, and verification of report output.
